Ministerial Notice - 11 March 2011
Under Subsection 19-70(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA), Higher Education providers are required to provide statistical data to the Minister and the allocation of Commonwealth Higher Education Student Support Numbers (CHESSN) to all Commonwealth assisted students.
The Ministerial Notice of 11 March 2011 provides details of the Higher Education Student Data Collection for the 2012 Reporting Year.
An update to the 2012 Ministerial Notice issued on 07 December 2011 includes the reporting requirements for SA-HELP data for the Student Data Collection. The latest update to the notice was 18 December 2012 and provides details of the Enrolment Revision (ER) submission.
2012 Data Requirements and Change Information
Providers must check for any changes which may, from time to time, be made to the requirements for the data. All changes to the requirements for the data for the Higher Education Data Collection will be noted in the 2012 Higher Education Data Requirements and Change Control document. A summary of changes will also be advised to providers in the HEIMS Data Collections eNews.
