  • 9930 - Reported record has invalid characters. The HEIMS system accepts only the following characters according to the data type:

  • 9904 - CHESSN (E488) is invalid as it has not previously been allocated from the CHESSN allocation system
  • 9951 - CHESSN (e488) must be the same as the CHESSN previously reported for this student id (E313)

E526

  • 9919 - The Hep Code within the filename is invalid
  • 9920 - The Commonwealth Scholarship status code (E526) & termination reason code (E538) are inconsistent.
  • 9921 - Commonwealth Scholarship for this student cannot be terminated. To report terminated scholarship, student must be reported in with either a current or deferred scholarship.
  • 9941 - The Commonwealth Scholarship status code (E526) indicates that this scholarship has not been terminated, therefore Termination reason code (E538) must be = 0 (Active)

E538
